Do you have an existing website that needs changes or maintenance? Want to spice up the content on your pages with a different layout of the text? Don’t have time to keep up with updates to your website? Need general editing and maintenance on your website on a monthly basis? We offer five (5) different maintenance packages based on your hourly maintenance needs. The more hours you need, the less you will be charged per hour. A time log is provided showing all time spent on maintenance. Payment is due in advance.
Standard Package – $75.00/hour
Our standard package offers web design maintenance based on a per hour charge of $75.00. The minimum billable time is 30 minutes for $40.00. A signed contract is required to keep billing information on file. Standard package hours will be billed once per week unless individual work reaches 3 hours or more.
Bronze Package – $60.00/hour ($300.00/month)
Our bronze package offers five (5) hours of web design maintenance per calendar month at a pro-rated charge of $60.00/hour. Time not used during calendar month is non-transferrable to next calendar month. Additional time above the five (5) hours will be billed at $65.00/hour.
Silver Package – $50.00/hour ($500.00/month)
Our silver package offers ten (10) hours of web design maintenance per calendar month at a pro-rated charge of $50.00/hour. Time not used during calendar month is non-transferrable to next calendar month. Additional time above the ten (10) hours will be billed at $55.00/hour.
Gold Package – $40.00/hour ($800.00/month)
Our gold package offers twenty (20) hours of web design maintenance per calendar month at a pro-rated charge of $40.00/hour. Time not used during calendar month is non-transferrable to next calendar month. Additional time above the twenty (20) hours will be billed at $45.00/hour.
Platinum Package – $25.00/hour ($1,250.00/month)
Our platinum package offers fifty (50) hours of web design maintenance per calendar month at a pro-rated charge of $25.00/hour. Time not used during calendar month is non-transferrable to next calendar month. Additional time above the fifty (50) hours will be billed at $30.00/hour.
Ready to Sign Up?
All web design maintenance packages required a signed contract be completed. Please download the maintenance contract and fill out all requested information. Please mail, fax or scan all of the pages and send using the information provided at the top of the maintenance contract. Once received, you will be contacted and scheduled for maintenance.
All monthly packages have the option of paying for in advance. Receive up to a 20% discount by paying 12 months in advance.
